SmartBank Cashbook Manager

How SmartBank website enquiries are handled

The website forms collect the details needed to provide a trial or respond to your enquiry.

What you submit

The form asks for your first name, surname, email address, accounting packages and optional company, phone and message. A separate optional checkbox records whether you want occasional SmartBank news and offers.

What the website records

The website saves the enquiry type, details, submission time and reference in SmartBank’s private enquiry records. A trial request also records its download reference and when the download is requested. Notification status is kept separately from the enquiry itself.

How the details are used

SmartBank uses the enquiry information to provide the trial and respond to your question. The enquiry list and export are restricted to the signed-in site owner. If email notifications are enabled, the form details are sent through SmartBank’s configured mail service to its enquiry mailbox.

Corrections and deletion requests

Email info@smartbank.co.za with your enquiry reference to request a correction or deletion, or to withdraw your optional marketing choice.

Bank-statement processing

This page describes website enquiries. Ask the team about statement handling in the Windows application and how to share a compatibility sample before sending a bank statement.
